I had an excellent experience working with Mark Castaneda at Group 1 Restoration Center. From the moment my vehicle arrived, Mark kept me informed every step of the repair process. He maintained great communication with both me and the insurance adjuster, making sure everyone stayed on the same page throughout the entire claim and repair. I never had to wonder what was happening with my car because Mark consistently provided updates from start to finish. His professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer service made what could have been a stressful experience much easier. When I picked up my vehicle, the repairs were completed beautifully, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They did a great job on my Tesla when my basketball hoop fell on it. Back for a second time to fix an overextended door (also from the basketball hoop). Another good experience. They took care of me quickly and for less than I expected. Repair was successful.

Bo at the collision center was absolutely amazing! He was everything I could have asked for when it came to my vehicle repairs—professional, honest, and reliable. Everything was completed in a timely manner exactly as he promised. I truly appreciate the great service and would highly recommend him! I’m back like new🙏🏽

I brought my vehicle here after being rear-ended. The damage was limited to the left rear area, yet the total repair cost was over $8,800, including replacing the bumper cover, sensors, and trunk lid. Unfortunately, the workmanship has been extremely disappointing. When I first picked up the car, there was a rattling / clicking noise coming from the rear cargo area whenever I drove over bumps. After inspecting it myself, I discovered that parts inside the trunk were not properly secured. I had to bring the car back for rework. After the second repair, the noise still did not go away. I checked again and found interior panels were still not installed correctly, preventing proper alignment. I requested to bring the vehicle back for a third time so I returned the third time. However, the issue is still not fully resolved. The trunk gap/seam remains visible, the alignment is still not correct, they said they can do nothing about it, and to make matters worse, they left an additional scratch on my vehicle during the repair process. For a repair bill of this amount, I expected proper quality control before releasing the car. Instead, I’ve had to repeatedly inspect their work myself

Had a great experience here. Bo was super communicative with me, and everything was well communicated with my insurance as well. My car looks perfect and like nothing happened to her! The work was great and I’m pleased overall with the end product. I’m giving 3 stars instead of 5 for three reasons. 1) I saw other reviews about how others got their car back earlier than expected, and mine went a few days after the estimated date. It went a few days over the 30 days. 2) other Tesla owners reviews state they got their car back fully charged! I got mine with less than 40% battery so I was a little bummed about that lol. 3) upon leaving the tire sensors were on however the tires were ok, so I assumed I just had to drive a bit for them to reset. However, the sensors didn’t go off a day later, so I had to return (I live a bit far) and lost time from work so this could be fixed. A bit frustrating as this should’ve been triple checked prior to giving the vehicle back, but also kind of on me for not speaking up before leaving.
